Do you work in a customer service business? If you do I am sure you can relate to this video very well. I am always amazed at the things customers will try to get from businesses for free. It is almost like they expect that they should never have to pay the suggested price for anything.
Even in healthcare, which is the business I am in, we will have patients that need treatment, or medical equipment and their insurance either does not cover it or they have a large deductible that has not been met.
When it comes down to them having to pay out-of-pocket, they will try to haggle the price down with us. Like who says to their doctor, “okay doc, can you cut me a bargain for fixing my broken foot?” They are in pain, yet they really do not want to pay the price for the physician’s expertise to fix them.
We cannot live without our customers, yet at times they can be pretty difficult to live with.
How do you handle difficult customers like the ones in this video?
