There is a great book that I personally read by Barbara A. Glanz titled “Care Packages for the Workplace” This is a great little book that has hundreds of ideas for showing your staff that you care for them and regenerating their spirit at work. The ideas are simple, fun and cost very little. Barbara tells you exactly how to bring those little touches that mean so much to the place where you work. This book truly motivates you to do special things for those you work with and the benefits are endless.
