“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you did not do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover.” –Mark Twain
Last week I attended and spoke at an educational conference. One speaker lecture focused on thinking about what we can do if we put our mind and effort toward accomplishing it.
So often we practice negative self-talk, telling ourselves why we cannot do something instead of how and why we can do it.
The speaker suggested that we spend at least 10 minutes a day thinking about what we want to do and what would be the next step to take towards doing it.
Ten minutes a day, is not much time, but it could make the difference of staying where you are at or moving toward the life you want.
Such a small investment for such a big return.
