I found a great article on the Forbes site titled 10 qualities that make a great leader, I really enjoyed reading it. It listed the 10 qualities and then had a small blurb about the quality. The Ten qualities did not surprise me at all, in fact, they are ones that you would automatically think of when you wanted to describe a leader.
As I pondered these 10 qualities I began to think that this article was not written because no one really knew the qualities of a leader, but rather to find a person with all ten qualities is the rarity. True leaders are a special breed and it does not take long to realize when you have met one.
