There are many areas of a workplace that can become dysfunctional.   From workplace culture to demanding workloads a dysfunctional workplace can mean nothing but trouble.

Dysfunction not only causes problems for those who work there, but it affects the customers, who either get services or products from the business.

When there is dysfunction in a business it can only lead to a spiral downward. Once this downward spiral begins multiple symptoms start to appear.

At first the symptoms may not be easy to pinpoint and Band-Aids are handed out for quick fixes.  As time goes on it becomes very apparent that there is no quick fix and serious help is needed.
