Goal achievement can be a challenge due to the difficulty of staying on track until the end. One way to help with this issue is to begin with the end in mind.
What is it that you want to achieve? Once you know then write the steps down beginning at the end result backward to help you think through the process and create a map to success. Then move forward with the first step.
Review your goal map daily. It has been proven true, if your goal is not in front of your eyes daily you will begin to lose sight of where you want to be going and eventually lose the drive to get you there.
All athletic sports have a goal line, goal post, hoop or finish line. There is some point that once reached means you have completed the goal you set out to do.
You need to have strong, personal, motivation for your goal to give you the continued desire to work towards it. Just as in a game the direction may change some, but nonetheless the goal remains the same, which is the finish line.
“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” ~ Zig Ziglar
